Dealing with Patrick and team has always been easy, professional and direct with never an issue that can’t be resolved. The communication is always open, even on Sundays when Patrick went above and beyond to assist us when our building lost hot water and our current contract provider,…, would not assist.
Within 24 hrs we had a large team of people here working to install new hot water plant that had been diverted overnight to us and hot water restored that afternoon.

After much research, we entered into an agreement with a joint venture between RPGS (Reliable Plumbing Gas & Solar) and Serviced Hot Water, with billing services being administered by Meter2Cash. Meter2Cash were already contracted by the body corporate to administer our bulk electricity arrangement.
The professionalism shown from the three organisations has been nothing short of exceptional. Although we were expecting a bumpy transition to the new service, which included replacing 271 old, troublesome, hot water meters with new wirelessly read variants, the process was seamless, with no major issues reported during the transition, or since, for that matter.
Currently the new service is performing better than projected….our choice to take over the responsibility for the supply of hot water from …, and subcontract the responsibility to RPGS, Serviced Hot Water, and Meter2Cash has been one of our most successful endeavours and cannot recommend each of their services highly enough to anybody corporate looking at undertaking a similar venture
