With more than 35 years of hands-on and executive experience, Pat represents the third generation of his family to build a long -standing career in gas fitting and plumbing. Carrying forward a legacy of craftsmanship and industry leadership, Pat leads with a focus on innovation, reliability, and sustainable solutions.

Throughout his career, Pat has been recognised for his leadership, deep technical knowledge, and commitment to advancing gasfitting and plumbing standards across Australia. Pat also serves as a Councillor on the Board of the Master Plumbers Association of Queensland (MPAQ), having previously held the role of Vice President for many years.

At the government level, Pat serves as a referee on the Queensland Government’s Dispute Resolution Committee, a body that oversees and helps resolve disputes within the building and plumbing industry, ensuring fair outcomes and maintaining industry standards.

With more than 30 years’ experience as a Commercial Accountant, Stu has held senior roles in some of Australia’s and the world’s largest multi-national organisations, including the Petroleum, Mining and Manufacturing industries.

Stu oversees all aspects of the company’s financial and commercial operations, including governance and compliance with regulatory standards.

He holds a double degree in Business and Marketing and is a 30+ year-standing member of the Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) of Australia.

As General Manager of Serviced Hot Water, Kristian brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to the business and is responsible for overseeing business strategy and operations.

With a strong focus on delivering innovative and customer-driven energy solutions, Kristian has led initiatives spanning marketing, sales, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, capital delivery, and contract and tariff management.

His approach combines commercial acumen with operational efficiency to drive sustained business growth.

Philippe is an accredited Workplace Health and Safety Officer and is BERS (Building Energy Rating System) qualified.

With more than 25 years’ experience, including roles with some of Australia’s largest and respected development and construction companies, Philippe brings a wealth of knowledge managing all facets of Health, Safety, Environment and Administration for the business.
